Can’t comment on the deep past but if you speak to any employee or contractor that has been out there in the last few years theyll tell you the same.
Plant, like nothing you have ever seen before
Management, like nothing you have ever seen before.

Combined there would be many hundreds of years experience between them and everyone will say the same... nothing even comes close.
