the decision by the major creditor to put the company into administration must rank as one of the greatest own goals in history. I might be wrong but I think that gives grounds (financial status) for the minister not to renew the licence. PNG is now such a flaky place that corrupt politicians will drive trucks through a gap like that.

If then directors/admininstrators dont provide accurate information on this in the 1/4 ly as a shareholder (I am not, never have been) I would think that as possible misconduct.
