What is the world coming to? Bulla had just ordered in two tablespoons of lime to treat the Pre- Works PASS. What are they meant to do with it now.

On top of that - their agents are also in trouble, not keeping within the regulations - getting the gong on Internet Forums. This new EPA, I mean who do they think they are? Don't they know, the good ol world of the ol "wink wink".

Anyway the big question is, are they "capable of operating it in accordance with its licence and environmental obligations".

Well, not to worry I believe there are other alternatives for waste disposal eg when it comes to PASS there are alternatives just up the road from Bulla, who seem to be quite happy to comply with the EPA Regulations and can put together an EMP of more than 1/2 page.

It seems it's been a tough year so far for the Good Ol Boys & it looks like getting much worse. Not like it use to be in the Good Ol Days and whose idea was it to have a regulator for the EPA. That seems to be life in 2018.
