I was trying to think of his name Mogga & you just nailed it, its Ken. Well as you said he has re-invented himself, as "Project Insider". Sounds very important Ken, not a name but a Title, very official like, reminds me of a song "here comes the judge".

He is probably right with costs ... for illegal dumping. That is his expertise. As per usual big claims & saying to ring them up but ... no actual places named, must have forgotten to list them. Tut, tut- Im sure it was an oversight Mr Project Insider 007. So if you don't mind, you do actually need to supply them.
