Our mate Punter posted this back in Sept last year. Replying to JB I think.

"What are you on?Early works pass contract was not given to nag, that’s 100% certain.Initial transportation and material removal including pass was given to EPH then Lantrak, now both companies are on early works project for transportation and removal of materials including pass.As nag management and rampers are clueless to construction industry business running, majority of transportation and all materials removal are given without contracts, as the project management doesn’t want to be locked in with logistic and landfill company.If it was contract based, how the hell Lantrak got in to early works project, as the original bid winner was EPH You have no idea"

Hey Punter have your trucking/landfill mates picked up any recent PASS contracts. We NAGsters might be "clueless" about construction and removal of materials, but only clueless about the dodgy, illegal aspects of both. When it comes to abiding by EPA guidelines, especially the new ones, we are anything but clueless. "We are the Champions". 

Your mates are the ones in trouble.  The big question everyone is asking is "was the pre-works PASS disposed of correctly". When I say everyone, I really mean the EPA. I guess they can always visit and check for themselves. 

So it's best you leave PASS to us and go and help dbl with his digging. He must be a couple of metres down his first hole by now.

And to you dbl, remember the first rule. If you get into trouble, stop digging.
