The Borers won't start until June/July (earliest). That is assuming they sort out Enterprise Agreements with the CFMEU (at logga-heads currently).
The first Borer hasn't even arrived. It's expected early Feb.
It then has to be set up & commissioned. That process will takes at least 4 mths (all going well.)
June/July is best Scenario. In my opinion very unlikely to start by then, given every step so far has had delays.
