Early works pass contract was not given to nag, that’s 100% certain.

Initial transportation and material removal including pass was given to EPH then Lantrak, now both companies are on early works project for transportation and removal of materials including pass.

As nag management and rampers are clueless to construction industry business running, majority of transportation and all materials removal are given without contracts, as the project management doesn’t want to be locked in with logistic and landfill company.

If it was contract based, how the hell Lantrak got in to early works project, as the original bid winner was EPH
