Yes the following site are EPA licenced/Approved to accept PASS: MBC, LanTrak, Delta, Hi-Quality and Cleanaway. With sites under review from EPA to accept PASS for treatment, Wyndham Landfill & Narre Warren.

EPA are isssuing Approved EMP’s for fun at the moment.

I agree some of the named Facilities potentially carry out the minimum measures to handle the material, which is not 100% regulated by EPA a few of the sites are rehabilitation of an old quarry, regulated under Earth Resources and local council. So whether treatment occurs is a factor to be considered.

Boral Deer Park is building a precast facility for the CYP project, see Scotty meeting minutes for Deer Park community. My understanding is the Benalla facility is for the West Gate project.
