I wonder if they have the capacity to handle the amount of PASS once the project really gets going. Sounds as though their pits have to be lined which takes time and money. Did you read the comment from the EPA saying they need to treat it as waste rather than use it as cover material!!!
Doesn't mention if they are adding lime?
