I'd agree - maybe NAGs will get the PASS Contracts, maybe it won't.

What we do know is it'll either be stored underwater or above & treated with Lime. These are the only options.

We know nobody in Melb has taken PASS to date & treated it with Lime. So it'll be completely new & untried if the Lime Treament option is chosen.

if the underwater option is used NAGs has the best facility & can take 1.3m Tonnes. I don't know of anywhere else that can take anywhere near that capacity. 

So the field narrows. NAGs may not get the PASS but given the EES Specifications, I wonder who will?
