Comparing farmers to EPA controlled disposal of PASS. Wow. Big similarity.
Farmers don't need to test repeatedly. They don't need to put the treated soil over test holes.
They can add the lime when the weather is kind. They don't have trucks queuing up non-stop.
If a farmer misses liming a bit of his farm, no big deal. There is no acidic material being produced.
