Take into account traffic and city speed limits and congestion ? It'd be a miracle if a truck and driver could do more than 2 loads per day . Don't forget wash down , weighing , testing . There simply wouldn't be enough trucks if it took 4 hours to dump a load . It's called logistics . NAG huge fail in that subject .
