PASS Contracts

An interest'g scenario, would someone post on HC claiming to be from a rival Co saying that they have won the contract for PASS.

Firstly, if it were true, you would have to be stupid to then blab & gloat about it on an Inernet Forum and risk losing the Contract.

Secondly, why would you bother. It would not be of interest if a competitor didn't know - why not leave them in ignorance. You'd be too busy doing your own business.

On the other hand if you knew the Contracts were not yet awarded and you were worried about losing out to a competitor, some one might out of desperation feel they had nothing to lose and be prepared to lie & fabricate, just to try & cause  confusion.

All hypothetical of course, as no one would be that stupid or that devious - would they?
