Kestelman still owns 10.1%, and a further 25% are held by mgt and others, so mopping up at 30c is not a done deal yet. If they try and starve minorities of dividends to push the share price down further, and this is not justified by trading results, they may have some legal issues regarding oppression of minorities. That said, I agree that dividends are going to be lower than last year.
