I believe the Coliseum bid price for The PAS Group at 51 cents per share is way too low! I completely agree with the independent expert whose mid-point valuation is 67 cents per share as a minimum. The Book Value of the shares is 95 cents per share. Very high dividend yield. I'm not selling mine!
