I hear you. I place no value on supposed distribution partners. I believe whilst they are often entered into with good intentions there is little if any incentive for the partner to put the work into understanding or promoting the product. Particularly if it is going to cut into some of the services they already provide as consultants. If you were more cynical you might say they just pushed forward the promise of representing us to clients to get the sale over the line. They obviously have nothing holding them to meeting targets in the agreement. I have found every stock I have ever held where they get a big distribution partner nothing ever comes of it in sales. You need to sell yourself or takeover a competitor and have a captive market for distribution. Seem to be the only 2 channels working for EVS currently. I still remember Covata getting an agreement with Cisco I thought oh my god this is a company maker. Never 1 dollar of revenue to show for it.
