The broader point is that it appears HML continues to breach ASX listing rules by not disclosing material information in a timely manner. I would call on any person from ASX / ASIC reading this to consider a court sanctioned wind up of HML & BHD for repeated alleged breaches of Listing Rules / Corporations Law.
