Totally agree that this could put JBFG into an even more precarious position. One thing to be clear on though: your numbers above would be if they drew down the entire $7mil now. Without some actual transparency we won't know how much they've drawn and had to repay until statutory accounts come out. It's unclear to me whether they need or intend to draw the whole amount, or how much they intend to use.
