I agree, but there is selling. I think more likely it is still day traders taking a loss after getting caught in something they only bought as a momentum trade that went wrong for them. Instos can't be selling down here on volume for anything other than a loss. What would be the point - unless they think something's wrong with the company and the sp will go lower? Unlikely IMO.
