    The longer the prospectus takes the less time we have to apply for SPP which may cause an undersubscription to the SPP.

    And we do know that any undersubscription to the SPP. SPP shares then flows through to the CR for the big boys.

    I am with you on this on one SF.

    I've been checking the ASIC site and can confirm prospectus has not been lodged.
