looks like they're pushing down the heads and catching the oppies....can't get the required fill below 20 on the heads so soak up everything on the oppies as people dump with 2 days to go....
only thing that can change this is if the company has a plan to get them in the money by announcing something along the lines of CR oversubscribed x50
