All options are suspended from trading a week prior to expiry.
As it happens POK (and therefore POKO) will be suspended monday next week as part of the re-listing.
The two events are unrelated as such but of course what it means is that the last day to trade POKO should be Friday.
If POK didn't go into suspension for some reason then POKO could be traded up until the 23rd, which is why the coy hasn't come out as said that last day to trade is friday.
