The substantial holder notice for the shares issued as part of purchase was to Sovereign Key Enterprises Ltd - based in Hong Kong, but doesn't show up on company search there. The "Director" of this company is shown as "Plenty View Limited". However, the company registered as Plenty View Ltd wasn't incorporated in Hong Kong until Aug 2008.
