    Lodge/Dodge it is, Ms 20.5k. :)

    It is fairly clear from their filings who owns TPID. The question is, who owns Saddington?

    No doubt, admired and respected as he is, can you point to evidence that James McKay-of-the-admirable-PR-script has actually produced results for minority shareholders in companies he has led? To wit, the 5 yr charts of BZEC.OB and TPID.OB (allowing for the reverse splits which the odd Yahoo chart might have missed)

    Actually, the more relevant questions might be:
    Who does ETC have a contract with?
    Given the TPID/Saddington agreements have not been confirmed (according to SEC filings) what is exact status of the ETC contract?
    Who is providing which parts of the technology/services?
    Who is taking which parts of the profit?
    Why does this require opaque transactions involving faceless tax-haven companies?
