    Just notice the words used in the December quarterly report...

    "The Company?s partners will assist in the finalisation of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS)
    which will be finalised once port allocation is confirmed."

    it says,"Once" not "if" port allocation is confirmed.

    Sounds like they have been told they have it,but not confirmed as yet?
