potentially two near term corporate transactions that (if things run to plan) will see us bank around 150m, keeping in mind the WFE option / earn-out scenario

guess the risk is that if the macro situation turns feral, we dont really have anything contractually agreed too, and things stay "as is".. oh well, thats the whole risk/reward scenario i guess
