i just think that if all those conditions are met then it would be worth a lot more than $100m, it would probably make that in profit each year
most of that cash is over 2 years away also so its a long time to wait
if it was $100m in the bank right now and unconditional it would be a fantastic deal but its far from that
dont forget that CAZ will pay tax on that $100m too, that is the big problem with asset deals compared to a takeover
