I think this stock is way over due for a re-rating.

I think the reliability of income of infrastructure stocks will be an investment theme from mid this year...and earlier for those fund managers that like to pre-empt the market.

I think I can buy a couple of hundred thousand of these shares on my margin facility or re-draw against a property, and have the total interst cost met by the distribution.....and over the next 3-5 years....these will easily double in value.

WHY???? because their distribution will.
