Looking at the US charts of RIO and BHP I can't say they have broken down yet...in 2006 I remember looking at the chart of RIO and it didn't look that flash ...but from the lows in 2006 it nearly tripled in around 18 months....And I'd be careful about shorting MGX at these levels....
