Why did everyone else buy in? I bought in last year because it appeared they were getting traction in this market, but kept it to <2% of my portfolio because of the following reasons:

- their product isn't unique, and doesnt have any market advantages
- there are bigger and better companies out there that could probably scale or R&D this company to death
- it was a backdoor listing to asx and not usa
- they had a gold asset worth millions that they failed to realise into $$$
- recent announcements show them spruiking purchase orders/receivables etc, basically double counting and fudging numbers.
- unknown management quality
- management are paid a relatively high salary vs revenue of business. (but probably not much for the job)

Wait. why did i buy again?
