Their manufacturing and exports are in free-fall. Factories shutting down or cutting production dont use electricity, so power stations dont need to make it, so they dont need to burn coal.
CEY is more domestically focussed anyway. Not immune from a dropping price (or total lack of demand) but safer than a miner that relies on China to buy its product atm.
