I agree, the report is very good reading.

In particular I liked the comncluding remarks on pages 70-1, which stated:

"Significant additional drilling, sampling and testwork are required to move the studies to the next stage of a preliminary feasibility study. Nevertheless, in BDA’s opinion, the outcome of the studies identifies the potential of the deposit and supports the continuation of further exploration and more detailed studies. The results of the SS and BDA’s revised economic analysis indicate that the project warrants further study and evaluation.

An Environmental Impact Assessment has been fully scoped and environmental studies are currently well progressed. Consequently, Crossland is well positioned to have all the required licenses and permitting Pancontinental Uranium Corporation – Charley Creek Rare Earth Project
completed before the end of 2014. In BDA’s opinion the schedule to achieve the necessary development approval, licences and other permits is reasonable and at this time BDA is not aware of any issues likely to significantly delay the project permitting."
