I do believe Pak does exist or he was used as a dummy for a company.
GMC pretty much bowed down to him from day 1 and he took up the opportunity to bleed the company dry. Now plays like this go down everyday and most of the time you do win especially in Asian countries. I don't think the guy is losing sleep over the $200k deposit because the potential reward was well worth it.
