I am 2 minds hank I'm not part of the class action
and HC it self has a fund for shareholders rights
all over HC the actions of directors are discussed
look at NXS
if directors are not held accountable the effectiveness of
what we learn on forums like HC is lessened
this is not aimed at u hank there had been posters who have
belittled the action with there comments
so they have a right to state the correct facts
I may not personally like the class act
but I respect there personal choices and legal rights
was the basis of one of the reasons I sold my holding
I'm no lawyer but I see it having a lot of legal legs
quin and stokes all bit admitted they released an incorrect
I won't say misleading statement to the ASX
we live in a democracy this is people using there democratic rights
