    Roland Bleyer will be putting up the funds?
    No?

    IMO, anyone who engages in this class action should be prepared to loose money, if you are unsuccessful.
    Believing that some anonymous "funder", or the fairies, are going to fund YOUR class action, is just as bad as the what your are taking action over.
