Imo:
PDY may go into adminstration sometime before the outcome of any litigation,
as it is unlikely to be able to afford the cost of any litigation!
However,
pdy should have insurers that would cover the cost of any settlement!
In the interim, the company and directors could have problems stumping up with the cash to defend any action
and
as such the company could go into adminstration,
before the outcome of any litigation!
This may be to the plaintiffs advantage,
but obviously not to the shareholders advantage!
