There is a lot of work that needs to be done, but I've a feeling this one might just get there.

They have a good professional team in Rosenstreich, Whitfield and Tomlinson, and very knowledgable in the space.

If anything, this team will underpromise and keep a lid on things, because their nature is that of conservative gentleman. Hopefully, in the medium to longer term they will over deliver, but time will tell. Technically they know what is actually required, and they have the experience, and they know who to consult, and they have the business broker for client dealings, so in those terms, all is in place. I just don't think the market realises it, and these guys may not want them to realise it yet.

What they don't have is a hyperbole marketing department like so many other small caps, and what this means is that major breakthroughs and announcement will actually come either out of left field, or as a surprise to the market. This is going to be an interesting journey, but they are under no illusions of the amount of work that needs to be done.

Let's see how it play out in the next year, and give them a chance.

Just don't expect gushing reports, even if there should be, they will all just be fairly matter of fact, even the ones that are exceptional. Not a lot of small cap investors are going to relate to this, so I expect the forum to long quiet periods.

I'm going to hang in there.

One thing these directors do excel at though, is the speed and information of replying to shareholders. I've sent queries and on many occasions received replies almost immediately from both Mike and Charles, both addressing the same questions. It's been very refreshing. They also encourage open talking about strategy and progress, which is also refreshing.

In the end it will inevitably come down to the resource, we know that, let's hope Shane can help to deliver on that.
