Not when $50 billion has been spent on giga factories specced to graphite and cars specced accordingly. It's the common misconception - there are tech break throughs and then the manufacturers dictate the technology for a period and not the other way round. Everyone always thinks the sexiest technology wins. this is not right. In fact more than ever the latest is often bought and sat on to protect current spend and get a return on infrastructure.
