Further to my post...now that I've attended the AGM (for about the 5th time now)...

I can say it was noticeably more professional than previous meetings and I was very pleased to listen to the update provided by the Directors and CEO. There was definitely a greater level of confidence and surety in what they had to say.

It is clear to me the Board & Management are on top of things, have learnt their previous lessons and have done all they can to further the progression of the CX suite of products. The US is controlling the clock....and everyone is subject to it.

I now believe good things are not too far away for the shareholders.
