US $684 Dysprosium US $684 Dysprosium
Even at a 5.5% reduction in the Dysprosium price, US $684 per kg was used in the DFS.

From listing to GB and reading NTU's reports, the viability of NTU Tanami operation has been rested upon Dysprosium. Dysprosium has to be at a far greater price than where it is today to be a viable venture.
I would love to see a sustainable Dysprosium price at US $500 upwards, but in reality it is not the case, will it ever be? Highly Unlikely, Why - Simple economics of supply and demand.
China is stockpiling Dysprosium- already 4-5 years worth put aside at today's consumption rate, is has been taken out of the market due to no sale.
RE Chemical Separators - either temporarily ceased production or wound back on % of production. Why - Again Simple economics of supply and demand.
The reduction of the amount of Dy used in magnets.

Why is DyO a greater price than other RE elements?
How much does it cost to produce DyO compared to other elements?

Another one that could be put into the direction that NTU took, (pilot plant) is the cost of mining.
    According to NTU's costings -
Average cost for open pit mining is $3.91 per tonne (ore and waste)
Underground cost $101 per tonne ore.

Taking NTU's precise average costings of $3.91 per tonne open pit, WHY did it cost them $29.26 per tonne for the 205,000 tonne for the pilot plant stockpile, 750% Difference, 750%

Cant go blaming Lynas for poor investment decisions!
