I believe the reason NTU didn't go ahead with the full plant had nothing to do with economic viability despite your claims to that effect. More likely it was postponed due to a lack of insto support willing to back up any RE plants following the Lynas debacle where they watched hundreds of millions going down the drain and the company on the verge of bankruptcy then having to pour hundreds of millions more to keep it afloat so that 5 years later they can barely break even. After seeing what happened with Lynas you can't really blame the instos from being wary about backing any more RE plants. Now NTU has to prove it can be profitable with the pilot plant before they get the instos backing the expansion to a full size plant.
But then I'm sure you already knew all that seeing how you were one of the original investors in Lynas.
