Never gave a time frame for a new low dude. Large volume thats not moving SP off its low or making a new high isnt a good sign. In this instance I believe its distribution.
This type of SP action has occurred a number of times over the last few years.
Will be confirmed by continuation of the down trend with SP heading lower.
