I also follow SFR. Why does it matter if OZL hold 20%? I don't feel their holding is doing anything to the SP. If some-one else wanted to T/O SFR, then at the right price OZL would be sellers. At present OZL don't have the money to buy either. They need their money to develop something before Prominent Hill loses cashflow. Carapateena/Khamsin is proving to big and expensive for OZL to go alone.
Perhaps SFR could JV there somehow after extinguishing debt.
Pesonally, I wish SFR management would stop wasting money by throwing the net far and wide hoping to catch something. There are a few projects around that are solid, but needa financial partner. They should go looking there, and in Aus as well, not the otherside of the world where traps await.
