Lopez, what do you mean getting off the ground? POH is not in commercialisation phase just yet.

Product is being optimized prior to PH3 tests. If you were in control of the project, would you start Ph3 now knowing the product has not been optimzed for commercial sales or would do this after Ph3?

This is not "Hey - why don't we just put two standard drugs in one capsule, patent it and flog it". Hardly novel and revolutionary is it now. May as well take to tablets at half the dose. Up front of $6M says it all.
Company will probably be sold for cheap prior to to CR version seeing the light of day.
