I assume there is a big message in getting only 20% . Pretty difficult to load up hey . Nobody is giving any up .
On the bright side , there is only one way the price can go . This is tighter than the proverbial fish .
I can remember paying 6/8c for RIAO while nobody else was interested and wondering if if I was paying way too much . Maybe there's still plenty of value close to the higher ask .
Footnote : Drilling will be in the middle of what is being touted as a well above average cyclone season . The northern waters are very warm . We are a fair way down the coast but don't be surprised by delays .
