    I agree it's good for OXX. But today someone is offering to sell 1 million shares between 11 and 13 cents (a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush). That is the first sizeable parcel being offered for sale. I am assuming that seller is now hoping to be holding at virtually no cost.
