Have a look at Albers and Morris' other vehicle listed on the NSX, Exoil Limited (NSX Code: EXX), its accounts are qualified as to a going concern. The fact is that OXX is not worth the paper backing of its shares (the stock is controlled by Albers) and Albers and Morris are not capable of raising the cash they need to make a go of OXX and EXX. It is a sham bid as everyone knows and who in their right minds would want those buffoons in control? They would be worse than Smith and his mob of dolts who did nothing for years.
