We know that CBA had so sell when the markcap got below $40mill , as per their funds mandate.
Others can only invest in ASX200/300 co's, which amx is no longer.
Other like blackrock/acorn just went plain-old soft on gold stocks I think...but these sales were largely a scape-goat for redemption selling of their funds. Stocks were subsequently liquidated regardless of price.

Nothing.
The market is working perfectly as always, offering up smart investors an opportunity to buy low and clueless investors to sell at the bottom. In good time , the market will work perfectly again , and offer smart investors a chance to sell high to a bunch of clueless funds/sheep that are wanting a piece of the gold trade again through co's like AMX.
