Could be some kind of takeover bid, or possibly a management/board spill - keeping in mind that a proposed increase in remuneration for non-executive directors got voted down at the AGM.
Current management seem to have done ok, and aren't so big on granting themselves performance options as their predecessors were, so I'm not sure where I stand on this. But I don't hold enough for anyone to care about my opinion on this!
