AIV might be next door to IVA's Merlin, but AIV are out of funds and they have spread their interests far and wide and not necessarily focussed on area near Merlin. SMD also not far away (Kalman South) and have funds, but that stock is a touch hard to buy (at present). I'll stick with IVA and perhaps SMD.
